House Rules – Tiny House “Spichlerz”

as of January 2026

We welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay. For the well-being and saftey of our guests, the neighborhood, the animals and to protect the nature, we ask
you to adhere to our house rules.

 

Basics

Kampinski Spichlerz is purely a tourist place. Taking up residence or staying with the aim of providing various work or services in the area is not permitted, even for the shortest period of time.

Please respect, that Kampinski in general is not a party place. Bigger group of guests need a special permission.

Be aware of the special architecture of the Spichlery, that everything is wood and do not climb over the railing in the bed loft. 

Smoking (cigarettes or electric devices)  is only allowed in dedicated aeras and not in inside Spichlerz. Smoking detectors are installed.

The use of drugs is strictly prohibited. Anyone who consumes drugs must expect to be immediately expelled. In this case, no refund of the fees will be made.

 

Check-in & Check-out times

The check-in & check-out times are as follows

·       Kampinski Spichlerz: from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12 a.m. on the day of departure

In case of arrival after 8 p.m., we must be informed of the later arrival by telephone or in writing by the guest by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival at the latest.

In cast guests would like to leave later then 12 a.m., please check with us what is possible. 

 

Driving and Parking:

Driving any type of vehicle is only permitted on the designated paths at walking pace (10 km/h). The road traffic regulations apply. Special consideration
must be given to children and animals.

 

Pets

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the Spichlerz.

 

Peace and Quiet

  • The night-time quiet period lasts from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. During this time, the campsite may not be accessed by car or other motorized two-wheelers.
    Service and farm vehicles are exempt from this rule. In the interests of all guests, we ask that you behave quietly, especially during these times. Anyone who grossly violates the quiet period regulations must expect to be immediately expelled. In this case, no refund of the fees will be made.
  • There is a “zero bass tolerance” policy on the entire campsite. This means that all music systems (car speakers, jukeboxes, etc.) are prohibited at
    any time of day. Music may only be played via a non-amplified smartphone, as loud music is not permitted.

 

Cleanliness:

Please treat Kampinski Spichlerz like your home. Do not leave it in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (e.g. mouldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains
from pets), as this is not covered by the standard cleaning fee and result in extra charges.

 

Common areas, garbage:

  • Common rooms, e.g. laundry and sanitary facilities, must be left in a clean condition. Children under 8 years of age are only allowed in those rooms
    when accompanied by an adult. Dogs are not allowed in these rooms. Smoking or the use of drugs is prohibited in these rooms.
  • Waste should only be disposed of in the containers provided for this purpose at the recycling center. It is important to ensure that the applicable
    waste disposal regulations and in particular waste separation are observed in the interests of environmental protection.
 
 

Open fire:

  • Open fires are only permitted at the designated barbecue area. Never leave fires unattended. Properly extinguish it. Keep ashes away from any
    flammable materials.
  • Open fires of any kind are generally prohibited during and after long dry periods or when there are strong winds and storms.
  • Kampinski declines any liability.
 
 

Liability/Damage:

Tenants/Guests and their Visitors are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or accompanying minors, caused intentionally or through negligence. Any liability for damage to other people’s property falls to the person responsible. The site management declines all liability for accidents, theft, fire,
natural damage, etc. Any incidents must be reported to the site management immediately.

 

Observation Tower – Hunting High Seat

It is strictly forbidden to climb or use the Observation Tower, also called Hunting High Seat/Raised Stand/High/Blind, without the explicite allowance of the site management. Climbing the Observation Tower is on its own risk. Any liability falls to the person responsible. Kampinski declines all liability.

 

Security and Safety:

For security and safety please take notice that Kampinski has video surveillance.

The First Aid Kit is in the “Warsztat”.

Fire Extinguishers are in the “Warsztat”, in the Studio, in the living room of Spichlerz, in the Summer Kitchen and in the barn.


Commercial film and photography:

The use of Kampinski Lodge for any commercial film and photography is prohibite

  

Respect the local fauna and flora:

Observe local flora and fauna from a distance. Do not feed wild animals as this may disturb their natural diet and behaviour. Respect nesting sites and
habitats Of course, entering sensitive areas and disturbing plants and animals will be avoided. Be mindful of protected species and follow the
advice of site managers to minimize impact on wildlife.
