Camping Regulations – Kampinski Campground and Accommodation

We welcome you to our campsite and wish you a pleasant stay. For the well-being of all guests, the animals and to protect the nature, we ask you to adhere to our campsite rules.
Basics
The campsite is purely a tourist campsite. Taking up residence or staying with the aim of providing various work or services in the area is not permitted, even for the shortest period of time.
Please respect, that Kampinski is not a party place. Bigger group of guests need a special permission.
Smoking (cigarettes or electric devices) is only allowed in dedicated aeras and not in inside the buildings. Smoking detectors are installed.
The use of drugs is strictly prohibited. Anyone who consumes drugs must expect to be immediately expelled. In this case, no refund of the fees will be made.
Check-in & Check-out times
The check-in & check-out times are as follows
- Camping pitches: from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12 a.m. on the day of departure
- Rental accommodation: from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12 a.m. on the day of departure
In case of arrival after 8 p.m., the operator must be informed of the later arrival by telephone or in writing by the guest by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival at the latest, otherwise the operator can freely dispose of the camping pitch.
Driving and Parking:
Driving any type of vehicle is only permitted on the designated paths at walking pace (10 km/h). The road traffic regulations apply. Special consideration must be given to children and animals.
Pets
Bringing dogs is generally permitted, but permission can be revoked in individual cases, see below. Any contamination of the campsite caused by dogs must be removed immediately by the owner. A maximum of two dogs ispermitted per pitch. The dog fees can be found in the current price list. Dogs must always be kept on a leash to protect guests, farm animals and wildlife.
Dog breeds/crossbreeds classified as dangerous (Listed Dogs such as Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasileiro) as well as Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, all Mastiffs or Tosa are not permitted.
Peace and Quiet
- The night-time quiet period lasts from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. During this time, the campsite may not be accessed by car or other motorized two-wheelers. Our service and farm vehicles are exempt from this rule. In the interests of all guests, we ask that you behave quietly, especially during these times. Anyone who grossly violates the quiet period regulations must expect to be immediately expelled from the campsite. In this case, no refund of the fees will be made.
- There is a “zero bass tolerance” policy on the entire campsite. This means that all music systems (car speakers, jukeboxes, etc.) are prohibited at any time of day. Music may only be played via a non-amplified smartphone, as loud music is not permitted.
Common areas, garbage, open fire
- Common rooms and sanitary facilities must be left in a clean condition. Children under 8 years of age are only allowed into the sanitary facilities when accompanied by an adult. Dogs are not allowed in these rooms. Smoking or the use of drugs is prohibited in these rooms.
- Waste should only be disposed of in the containers provided for this purpose at the recycling centre. It is important to ensure that the applicable waste disposal regulations and in particular waste separation are observed in the interests of environmental protection.
- Discharging waste water into the campsite’s waste water collectors and connecting your own water pipe are not permitted.
- Open fires are only permitted at the designated barbecue area or in fireproof containers. Open fires of any kind are prohibited during and after long dry periods or when there are strong winds and storms.
Liability/Damage:
Tenants/Guests and there Visitors are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or accompanying minors. cause intentionally or through negligence. Any liability for damage to other people’s property falls to the person responsible. The site management declines all liability for accidents, theft, fire, natural damage, etc.
Any incidents must be reported to the site management immediately.
Security:
For security and safety please take notice that Kampinski has video surveillance.
Commercial film and photography:
The use of Kampinski Camping and Accomodation for any commercial film and photography is prohibited.
Respect the local fauna and flora:
Observe local flora and fauna from a distance. Do not feed wild animals as this may disturb their natural diet and behavior. Respect nesting sites and habitats
Of course, entering sensitive areas and disturbing plants and animals will be avoided. Be mindful of protected species and follow the advice of site managers to minimize impact on wildlife.
